“While the service was quick the engraving was disappointing as is faint and I would not recommend paying extra for. Go elsewhere for engraving.”

“The multi tools arrived quickly, but the boxes were quite bashed which makes them less appealing to give as a gift - they look as if I have had them at the bottom of my bag for a couple of weeks. Also, the Squirt that I bought was SO TINY! From the photos and the price, there was no way of knowing how small it was going to be. The scissors are o.k. for the sewing kit, but not for anything useful. It's more of a key fob than a multi tool. Unfortunately I cannot return it as it has an engraving on it. All in all, not that happy with my experience.”

Hi There, I am sorry to hear that the boxes have been damaged in transit. It is a shame you have not got in touch with us as we could have sent metal gift boxes out to you as an alternative to the damaged ones. We also offer a free return service for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return items that have been engraved, and there is nothing wrong with them otherwise, we credit your account and you can use this credit against future purchases. “Very quick delivery, expected to take longer as I had engraving done so very impressed. Not 100% happy with the packaging, box was a bit battered by the time I got it in the post and would have thought for £100 + spending and value of goods £170+ would have been presented better.”

“Great price, great presentation dreadful payment if you are trying to gift someone in the UK and have a Foreign Credit card. Your payment side of your side needs some serious development; get yourself a good backend billing specialist. Every time I selected my billing address (NZ) for a UK delivery it defaulted to NZ shipping. I solved it with Paypal. It took me over half an hour to solve; I hate to think of the Christmas traffic you must have lost. Your review is as retarded as your billing; I am Simon Williams the card holder who bought the gift Brad is my relative in London. So I have submitted it anonymously. The gift arrived on time, exactly what I wanted and engraved perfectly. All you need to do is solve your billing.”

“Product is as described and perfect working order. Very disappointed however that the packaging included advertisements of your products as this was brought as a present. The person receiving the gift took it from the courier and so now knows what they are getting for Christmas.”

“The postal service was very quick. Customer services were helpful. However they sent me the wrong item twice, which suggests something needs sorting out!!!! Don't think I'll be using them again on the back of that.”

“After having a Leatherman for many years, I was disappointed in the finish on the two blades, Both have rough and uneven edges where they have been sharpened. As this is the most expensive knife you sell I expected a lot better.”

“Overall, very happy with the final product which we had laser engraved. Their service less so. I admit I did ask for a short lead time and delivery but the 'Multitool Store' confirmed this wasn't a problem and would deliver as agreed. They didn't meet the agreed delivery slot and didn't let me know in advance either!”

Hi Matthew, Glad you are happy with the final product. As you ordered 100 Micra's within a tight deadline we did our best to deliver within 1 week, however we were a day late on delivery so apologies. On larger jobs like this we always hit delivery expectations so apologies that in this case we werent able to. Thanks Matt

“I ordered from here a few days ago and received my multi-tool in good time and in new condition, as you'd expect. This would be a 5 star review except that I ordered the Leatherman Wave with a nylon sheath, which is on both my order confirmation and the delivery note in the box, but got a leather sheath instead. I bought the nylon one for pretty specific functional reasons, and given that I didn't get what I ordered I have to mark the service down. Sorry! Everything else was great...”

“I went to the multi store on line to buy a multi tool now I'm being flooded by annoying e-mails. If I want an army knife or an led flash light I'll come looking for one. I don't sit at home waiting for someone to e-mail me about one. Very annoying.”
