“Having owned other leathermans ..it goes without saying quality is top notch.. In honest words, The tool choice is well selected useful and streamlined tools, good materials,and replaceable wire cutters is a very handy in the event of damage I bought black oxide.. I does mark easily..but I like the patina .. The easy install pocket clip or lanyard loop makes it ideal for sheath or pocket carry.. I will be owning this wave for a long time now..”

“Purchased a Leatherman multi-tool for a gift, with engraving. Apart from having to prove the recipient's age (which can slow down delivery), the item was received in a reasonable time and the quality is what you would expect from Leatherman. I'm sure this gift will be well received.”

“Only giving 4 stars as had difficulty with website. Was ordering a leatherman and accessories, all of which had offers on. However when items put in basket as a bundle the price was pre offer. So had to carefully do each item individually. Otherwise very happy item arrived promptly.”

“Easy to use the site and good range of products. The delivery was quick and well packaged. The engraving looks good too. I found it unclear on the site but a customer can return an item without question within the first few days but only if the item has not been laser engraved. If engraving has been done. a customer can only return an item if it is faulty. When I asked customer services a question, it took a number of days to be answered but the answer was clear and helpful. All in all, a good experience and I will probably buy here again.”

“Was a bit dubious at first but after a few weeks got used to the design, so far I'm loving it, miss the micro screwdriver and the bit holder though, not had any problems with swarf, what with the magnets. The addition of a small rule is nice, use it quite a lot for rebates etc,”

“I purchased a leatherman wave+ (second) had ingraving on side which had been covered) Fantastic price, fantastic item. Only one little issue, I received the item but a wave had been put in the wave plus box. I contacted customer service and I was sent a free returns sticker, and I was asked to email proof of return from post office. Which I did and my wave plus arrived a day later.. Would I use MTS again?? Yes without a doubt, great service, should item of been checked before postage?? yes I guess, but it was a busy period around Christmas so will let them off.. Otherwise would of given 5/5”
