“Ordered online an engraved Leatherman as a present. Phoned in to check that engraving wouldn’t delay the delivery time just before hitting the payment button. Was assured it wouldn’t. The multi tool arrived promptly, was excellent, just what I hoped it would be. Had done some online research and thought the prices and delivery options with Multi Tool Store made them the best option.”

“The service was exceptional. Much faster delivery than the manufacturer and at discounted prices. I urge customers to take care when ordering, though. I probably purchased the wrong Leatherman for my needs. My fault entirely but I got a little confused with the choice. The tool I bought (a Leatherman Signal) is of great quality and I will probably grow to love it. However, it misses a couple of tools I would have liked and which I find useful (file and scissors). Having said that, it has other features I very much value, including the flint and hammer. There is a wide choice, so take care as these are tools you will keep for decades.”
