The multi store tool is an excellent company, very helpful and professional. They have loads of tools ones I have never heard off. As an hairdresser I use different tools. ;-). This is a great price for a fab object (Leatherman Wave). Also great customer services when I called with a query before placing the order as well. Lovely engraving and fast turnaround. All in all, fab service. Very pleased and would recommend Multi-Tool Store to anyone who needed a Leatherman. You can see from the pic, he has no intention of losing this one - he added a chain and attached it to the case, so there's no chance it'll fall out now!!”

“I bought the Leatherman squirt PS4 and I really wish I had of realised how tiny it was. I assumed it was the same size as the Wingman. I think it would be good to show the actual size of this multi tool as it is tiny. I got it engraved and it was beautifully done. Plus delivery was fast. I just wish I could have returned it to get a bigger knife as it was a gift and is very small.”

“I bought the Rebar bundled with the bit driver and nylon sheath. It also come with free polishing stone and oil. Could have been a 5 stars, but let down by sending me the incorrect sheath and also defective plier head, although the later is down to poor QC from Leatherman. The jaws on the plier head do not align. The nylon sheath I received was the broader flat version , rather than the one on the advertised in the bundle. The price was good, especially with the 10% off voucher and the bundle it come with. Customer service was excellent. Sophie was very helpful and did everything she could to sort out the issues. Will definitely buy again from Multi tool store or Outdoor365, if the price is right.”

“Overall the tool is great, leatherman wave perfect for camps. This is my first leatherman ever and I actually got it shipped from the US to Malaysia. A little heavy but still I'd rather carry it in the jungle cause of the benefits. The second problem I had was the tool was made for right handed people and I'm a left handed. Yes it's true a small minority of left handers out there having the same complain. But I really do suggest that maybe you could possibly make an assembly of tools for left handed tools aswell. It still works fine. The tool will definitely be more comfortable if it was on the dominant hand as likely majority of the population are right handed. Maybe someone should help out the minorities a little. Just a suggestion. The third was when I first got it, it was really stiff and for the one handed opening I cut myself cause there wasn't much grip on it. The thumb hole is good but if it's wet it can get hard to open as you know there isn't much friction between steel and water. So I oiled it with WD40 as suggested and made my own grip as the picture shown. It works like a charm :) suggestion to also make some rubber grips on the holes.”
