Ordered a multitool. Turn out the delivery service used can't even get the item delivered to my country due to COVID. Was told to wait for them to receive back the item and wait for further update.
More than a month later, no updates or anything. Since this doesn't seems to be going anywhere, asked for refund but apparently the emails are ignored.
