Dispatched order promptly and arrived a day early. Sadly incorrect item delivered. Customer service via online portal some what slow to respond. After sending a copy of my delivery invoice and picture of incorrect item, I recieved no further response. After searching the main web-site I eventually found a telephone number and spoke to customer services and they dispatched the correct item today. Hence the 3 stars instead of 1.
Need to do better if you want to compete with Amazon - they are cheaper and offer faster free delivery for prime members.
