Whilst I knowingly bought the tool as a second, because the special offer that was available with the perfect tool was not also for the second, it made an effectual saving of just £2.05 for the second quality tool. This is a very poor deal and the customer services dept could not offer me any logical reason as to why the offer was not also included, simply saying that it wasn’t !
For this reason I have returned the tool for a full refund.
