The service was exceptional. Much faster delivery than the manufacturer and at discounted prices. I urge customers to take care when ordering, though. I probably purchased the wrong Leatherman for my needs. My fault entirely but I got a little confused with the choice. The tool I bought (a Leatherman Signal) is of great quality and I will probably grow to love it. However, it misses a couple of tools I would have liked and which I find useful (file and scissors). Having said that, it has other features I very much value, including the flint and hammer. There is a wide choice, so take care as these are tools you will keep for decades.
