I am extremely annoyed with your services. I purchased 2 Leathermans some 3 weeks ago & have still not received them. These were purchased for 2 friends who are twins for their birthday last week. When I purchased, your company indicated 2 - 5 days delivery. I will never purchase from your company again.
I would also like to know when my Leathermans will arrive.
