Ordered a Leatherman Wave and received an empty leather sheath. Phoned up to report it, received a returns label, posted the empty leather sheath back and waited for the replacement. Then received another empty leather sheath. Phoned up again and on the third attempt managed to receive the multitool I ordered. On the plus side the customer services people on the phone were very polite and professional.
