Overall, very happy with the final product which we had laser engraved. Their service less so. I admit I did ask for a short lead time and delivery but the 'Multitool Store' confirmed this wasn't a problem and would deliver as agreed. They didn't meet the agreed delivery slot and didn't let me know in advance either!
