My online experience was not so good. Trying to add extras on to my order alter other parts and number of items wanted. Gave up and phoned which was so much easier. The service was great, the order was trackable and came within three days. I had an inscription which was perfect as well. My son was delighted with his multi tool plus extras and will be using it for his university research In Greenland.
