I was offered an express delivery service which I chose as the gift was a birthday present only later to be told that all international deliveries would take 5-7 days.
As it turns out, the product still hasn't been delivered despite being ordered a week and a half ago.
I have emailed someone and they have offered to refund me the delivery costs. However I am still frustrated and disappointed with the whole process.
