This is an update from my review about 3 to 4 weeks ago, e-mails still weren't answered, but a phone call to Sophie set things straight. The original order was deemed lost, and another was sent via UPS, as to UPS here in Cayman that is another story, the Supertool 300 is amazig, clearly the most well built Leatherman I've owned. The lack of a star is because of e-mail service, the product is great and the personal service is spot on.
