I purchased a leatherman wave+ (second) had ingraving on side which had been covered) Fantastic price, fantastic item. Only one little issue, I received the item but a wave had been put in the wave plus box. I contacted customer service and I was sent a free returns sticker, and I was asked to email proof of return from post office. Which I did and my wave plus arrived a day later.. Would I use MTS again?? Yes without a doubt, great service, should item of been checked before postage?? yes I guess, but it was a busy period around Christmas so will let them off.. Otherwise would of given 5/5
