Easy to use the site and good range of products. The delivery was quick and well packaged. The engraving looks good too.
I found it unclear on the site but a customer can return an item without question within the first few days but only if the item has not been laser engraved. If engraving has been done. a customer can only return an item if it is faulty.
When I asked customer services a question, it took a number of days to be answered but the answer was clear and helpful.
All in all, a good experience and I will probably buy here again.
