“Fantastic customer support. I ordered a Leatherman supertool 300, it arrived in 2 days. After assessing the tool I decided that it wasn’t for me. The returns policy is extremely straightforward and I received a full refund within a day of they receiving the item. I wish more firms were like this! Thanks a lot for being great.”

“The item was delivered on time but the “trusted courier just left the leatherman in our porch without knocking and requesting proof of age despite the parcel clearly showing that it contained a bladed article and that proof of age was required. If we are trying to combat knife crimes in our community this was a serious omission. Your courier needs to be contacted about this problem. Thank you”

“Leatherman not only make brilliant multitools ( I have used one for work and ´play’ for decades) but their service is second to none . After 20 years of continuous use my (Dad’s - then my ) multitool was getting rather tired & loose . I decided to give the 25 year warranty a try , and although what I always considered to be my dad’s knife couldn’t be repaired ( no longer in production ), I was offered , and gladly accepted a brand new Leatherman ´BOND ‘ ( legal 2.6 » non locking blade ) Well done and thank you Leatherman - here’s to the next 20 years !! Trevor”

“The item arrived very quickly and I was pleased with it. I bought it as a gift for Christmas for a friend, it was supposed to have a free gift accompanying it - namely, knife oil and a sharpening stone. Unfortunately the oil was not with it . I email back and was simply told it was out of stock, and the offer had been removed . I don’t know if I will receive some oil when you have restocked or not ?”
