“I ordered a leatherman tool as a present for my son. I asked for it to be engraved with his name. The item arrived and was scratched and marked as if it were a second hand used item. I contacted them immediately. There was an initial response and a request for photos of the item and the receipt showing signatures of the people who had prepared and packed the item. I sent these. No response until I sent another email asking for a response. Then I received an email from the company apologising again and providing me with a link to return the item and choice of solutions to pick from. There was no option available to receive a full refund. Only “store credit” for items that have been engraved. Yet this company have broken the contract with me by providing a scratched and damaged item in the first place. This item is unsellable. I have replied to make this point and request a full refund as I have lost faith in this company. It is inexcusable to package and prepare an item in such an obvious state of damage and then not offer a full refund. I am waiting to hear from the company to see if they will offer the refund.”

“Fantastic customer support. I ordered a Leatherman supertool 300, it arrived in 2 days. After assessing the tool I decided that it wasn’t for me. The returns policy is extremely straightforward and I received a full refund within a day of they receiving the item. I wish more firms were like this! Thanks a lot for being great.”

“The item was delivered on time but the “trusted courier just left the leatherman in our porch without knocking and requesting proof of age despite the parcel clearly showing that it contained a bladed article and that proof of age was required. If we are trying to combat knife crimes in our community this was a serious omission. Your courier needs to be contacted about this problem. Thank you”
