“Prompt deliuvery as expected. I also asked for help in finding a previously purchased item, possibly limited edition. I thought as a distributor, you would be better able to search Leatherman records . This I would describe as part of "good customer service". I was advised to contact Leatherman myself - This I would NOT describe as "good cutomer service". Conclusion - Efficient sales system for stock items. Short on help.”

“Easy ordering and quick despatch of my Leatherman Wingman. Only gripe is the received item had a leather sheath instead of the advertised nylon version; not a deal breaker though. Would use the Multi-tool store again should the need arise.”

“We were impressed with the speed of processing the order, and the delivery. Couldn't have been any better. We haven't seen the item but did use the suggestion on your website to personalise the gift by having the blade engraved before sending the gift direct to the recipient. The feedback we've had is that our nephew is chuffed to bits, especially as we had the multitool personalised.”
