“I ordered a Leatherman Charge+ Tti and did receive it reasonly promptly. However the free gift of oil and stone was not present in the box despite being listed on the invoice and ticked off by the packer. I raised a query with customer support about it but they have just ignored it.”

“I my order arrived incorrect even though the paperwork has been signed as checked by two different people. I have emailed customer service three days ago and still waiting for a response. Doesn't look like this Xmas present will arrive on time now. Very disappointed.”
