“Fantastic product. Bought as a Christmas present for my husband from the children. Also has it engraved. Arrived very quickly and in a nice presentation box. Husband very happy with it.”

“Excellent customer service. The product I purchased was ordered twice in error. The staff member I spoke to organised a refund and directed me to the correct procedure for return when she discovered it was too late to cancel delivery.I was delighted with the product. Everything was dealt with promptly effectively and in a empathetic manner.”

“Although there was an error with the engraving on the item I bought this company deserves 5 stars for the way in which the issue was handled. From the minute I advised of the mistake the issue was handled effectively - I received an immediate apology and options. The replacement was couriered out urgently and was not dependant on returning the item I had already received. An impressive way to handle issues and ensure that customers are happy to continue to do business with the firm. Well done Multi-tool-store... other firms could learn a lot from you!”
