“Excelant product for me to use in the UK, I have a Leatherman Wave but cannot get it apart to disable the blade lock which is illegal in the UK.”

“Received my Leatherman Rebar today to find that the box seal had already been broken, so not the first time the box had been opened. Once inside I found that I had a brown leather sheath instead of the black one clearly stated on the order. Not only that, but the paperwork had the cheek to have signatures in boxes marked “Checked” & “Packed”. Someone is lying down (or just lying) on the job, here! FOLLOW UP: OK, there was a mess up to start with, but the fine people at Outdoor365 Customer Services were soon all over it. Within a couple of hours the correct black sheath was on its way to me and the opened box explained (the leather sheath had to be put in place of the standard nylon one). Credit where due - the response was rapid and correct. Well done Josie & team!”

Hi William, Thank you for your review, I'm very sorry to hear that we have sent you the wrong sheath. We are going to dispatch the correct sheath out to you on express delivery this afternoon. The box is unsealed by us, as by default the tool comes with a Nylon sheath, and we then substitute the sheath per order. “Great service and fast delivery , not the first time i have used Multi-tool store and won’t be the last . my only gripe ( hence 4 not 5) is that the laser engraving has been completed on the side of the tool where the pocket clip goes, which is then obstructed but the pocket clip. i’m looking back at the engraving examples they show and it’s not clear( in my humble opinion) that this would be the case. Beyond that it’s great and will use again !”

“Arrived last week and opened it to wrap for my husband for Christmas everything was fine, only thing I can say is that the metal gift box was slightly dinged on the top which is slightly annoying but not the end of the world.”

“Almost perfect. My leatherman charge plus tti arrived quickly and well packaged. No damage or scuffs. The leatherman has a little wiggle when closed and the S30V blade did need a little shaping as the edge was very sharp but not even. This took 10 minutes to sort out. Another minor issue, the bit extender in black needed a good wipe down as it left a lot of dark gray stuff on my fingers everytime I handled it. In addition, play around with the bits in their holder as some can be very stiff once the assembly oil has dried up. I've cloated them in a little chain oil to help. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be using multi took store again”
