“Ordered a leather man for Xmas and it was delivered within 48 hours. Also had the knife engraved and this was done really well. Easy to deal with start to finish and are highly recommended”

“The order came quickley and exactly as discribed. I purchesed a leatherman surge to replace one i lost. They are a really reliable tool and have had one for over a year and use it every day for all manor of jobs! Would definitely recomend to anyone.”

“I had a seamless experience with my latest shop. I ordered some urgent parts needed for my leatherman surge. All parts arrived as described, and in quick time. They even gave me an extra sheath, Lucky me. 5 stars, I'll be back.”

“I have had a leatherman for donkeys years. I bought myself a Charge TTi a few years ago. Since I have bought my three sons the same multi tool. I’m a member of a mountain rescue team & swift water rescue technician, so the charge TTi has been through its paces. They really are second to none. Customer service is again, exceptional.”

“I purchased a Leatherman Charge tti, best price in the UK, I chose to have it engraved and received it within three days of placing the order and this was over the weekend. It was really easy to order and arrived lightening fast. The best service I’ve received ever. I will definitely be using these guys again.”

“I didn’t really believe it! Order before 2pm for next day delivery? Maybe, but with personalised engraving and gift wrapped with hand written tag all on a Friday.......? I was promised a tracking number with the dispatch email notification but when it arrived, no number. However the number arrived separately a few hours later from the PO so probably not the stores fault. There was a glitch with the payment through the site which was sorted with a quickly answered phone call to a very friendly, helpful lady. My order arrived the next morning, before 9 am on Saturday. Absolutely brilliant. The engraving was top quality and the wrapping with handwritten tag were professional and beautiful. Thank you and congratulations. If this store sold everything that I ever needed to order I would only ever order things from them, forever. It is the best store I have ever had dealings with.”
