“Bought as a Christmas gift for my partner also had it engraved really happy looks beautifully presented only comment I would make which isn’t a negative is that when it came it had Leatherman on the parcel, my partner collected the parcel so am thinking it kind of gave the surprise away, he has had a Leatherman before so would imagine he now knows what he is getting.”

“I bought a Leatherman Kkeletool for my husband and the dispatch and delivery were fast (although I had an issue with Royal Mail, but the shipment was tracked 48h). The laser engraving service is a very nice service they offer which makes a difference for gifts. I also had to interact with customer service for a couple of reasons and they are fast, responsive, and very helpful. This website is highly recommended for the products and the services they offer.”

“Prompt delivery. Goods exactly as expected. I opted for engraving on a leatherman which is a gift for my grandson and I am delighted with the result. It looks great and I cannot wait to give it him.”

“Used Multi-tool store a couple of times now and never had any problems. Dispatch and delivery is quick and efficient. Both the items I bought have been gifts and have been engraved and the engraving is of a high quality.”

“I was very impressed at the speedy delivery of the item I ordered unfortunately it wasn’t inside the package, I sent an email explaining this and it was dealt with almost immediately and my order was with me the next day. Accidents happen but when they are dealt with as quickly as mine was it goes to show what a reputable company they are.”
