“Damascus blade lose not a good fit couldn't send back binned packaging away!”

“Ordered a leatherman wave for our sons graduation on 11th November. Have still not received it and we've now missed the chance of giving it to him on the day. Annoyingly I have sent two emails and have had no reply at all despite requesting post tracking info. Starting to worry if it's ever been posted now. Very disappointed.”

“A £200+ leathman arrived with scratched/damaged titanium scales this was bought with early birthday gift money, as a result I didn't open it till my birthday at which point it was to late to return, very disappointed :(, I will never by anything from here again.”

Hi Shakeel, Sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. The titanium tools can have a slightly imperfect finish on the handle, but if you are not happy with the tool we'd be happy to replace or refund you in full. Hi Ferdinando, Your package was held by Turkish customs which created a delay on the shipment via UPS. Apologies for the delay glad to hear you have the product now and have ordered from us again. Thanks Matt

“I am extremely annoyed with your services. I purchased 2 Leathermans some 3 weeks ago & have still not received them. These were purchased for 2 friends who are twins for their birthday last week. When I purchased, your company indicated 2 - 5 days delivery. I will never purchase from your company again. I would also like to know when my Leathermans will arrive.”

Hi Raymond, Apologies for the delay on your order. UPS tracked & signed to Seychelles is usually 3-5 days but on this occasion they were misrouted through Madagascar and returned to us, we then shipped out and you have confirmed reciept. Thanks Matt
