“Good website with all “Leatherman”equipment required, super speedy delivery with much more reasonable postage charges. Was mistakenly sent the wrong item in my order, it was dealt with brilliantly and rectified within days, all in all an excellent service will definitely use again, thank you Sue”

“Leatherman not only make brilliant multitools ( I have used one for work and ´play’ for decades) but their service is second to none . After 20 years of continuous use my (Dad’s - then my ) multitool was getting rather tired & loose . I decided to give the 25 year warranty a try , and although what I always considered to be my dad’s knife couldn’t be repaired ( no longer in production ), I was offered , and gladly accepted a brand new Leatherman ´BOND ‘ ( legal 2.6 » non locking blade ) Well done and thank you Leatherman - here’s to the next 20 years !! Trevor”

“The item arrived very quickly and I was pleased with it. I bought it as a gift for Christmas for a friend, it was supposed to have a free gift accompanying it - namely, knife oil and a sharpening stone. Unfortunately the oil was not with it . I email back and was simply told it was out of stock, and the offer had been removed . I don’t know if I will receive some oil when you have restocked or not ?”
