“First class service received which is getting harder to find nowadays. Prices are competitive with quick delivery. One of the items I ordered had a fault which was not multitool stores fault, I was able to return free of charge and quickly received a replacement with no quibble. Fantastic customer service even whilst in the middle of a pandemic. Very happy and will order again thanks.”

“Concidering the ongoing troubles the country is going through just now with Covid 19 virus, the customer service from Multi-tool store i received this last week was exceptional. I ordered a Leatherman muti-tool engraved for a gift. The item was delivered within 3 working days, i was also informed by email every step of the way. Well done.”

“Owning and original Leatherman Wave which has served me well, I researched online and the store kept getting hits for the replacement. Ordering was easy as was choosing the engraving. I like the font preview of the engraving. Nice touch. Dispatch was next day and the item arrived a couple of days late but given Easter weekend and Issues with Covid this was perfectly acceptable. Excellent service when calling customer support . very happy with service and product.”
