“ordered a leatherman raptor emergency scissors for our nephew. as he is an emergency critical paramedic for the NHS. ordered in the afternoon. had his name engraved on them as a gift. received an email that evening saying in the post. so from order to engraving to post. just a couple of hours. just a pity its people ordering items for loved ones. but companys still profiting full retain values. still 10/10 for order to delivery. chris w (UK) 24/05/2020 year of lost time.”
