“The product itself was great (a personalised Leatherman) and the engraving was high quality so definitely worth the money. Delivery & dispatch was also much faster than I thought it would be! Great all round and very glad I made the purchase.”

“Wanted a new knife for my birthday. Needed a reliable website with competitive price. Had a morning of reviewing different leatherman knives and finally chose which one. I ordered the knive pouch extra tools and extension driver all turned up in time on my birthday. Only one criticism is the packaging was damaged when it arrived but that could be the courier. Very pleased with my experience.”

“I recently ordered a Leatherman Tread which arrived with a missing part. I contacted the customer service and within 30 minutes got a reply from Sophie, informing me that she was dispatching a replacement one straight away. She was friendly and helpful and it was amazing to see that some companies still take customer service seriously. I have spoken to my colleagues and friends about it and hopefully got a few more customers for Multi-Tool Store... Thank you Sophie!!”
