“There is a very wide range of tools on the website at competitive prices, web site easy to navigate and very clear. it was very straightforward to place the order, and the dispatch time, in particular, as they had to engrave my new Leatherman was extremely impressive. The multitool arrived well packed and just as was described. Thank you for a very easy transaction.”

“Fantastic service from Multi - tool. Received Leatherman within 48hrs of order. Engraving is stunning. Free P4 model is a superb piece of kit, very light, tools are extreamly easy to access.( No more damaged nails) Best Leatherman todate excellent.”

“Ordering process was straight forward. However, after sending payment no acknowledgement was received. Had to chase up. Communication was slow. Delivery took far longer than was suggested at the point of ordering (quoted as next day, took over a week). In the end I got what I ordered for a reasonable price, however with my money taken and initially no communication it rather left me feeling spooked, so I am unlikely to use this service again.”

Thanks for your review Steven. The delay in delivery was due to a failure in passing our age verification which is a legal requirement for us to sell bladed products. We subsequently spoke to you and this was cleared through. Apologies for the delay - generally we aim to better our delivery window.

“I ordered a Leatherman which arrived quickly and as described. On top of that they were one of the most reasonably priced retailers to sell it and we opted in for the personalisation option which looks great. Overall very happy!”
