“Purchased a leatherman Wingman and used the laser engraving service. Item delivered within a couple of days and was well packed in protective packaging. The wingman itself looks great and is a present for someone. Would use multi-tool store again.”

“Easy website to use. Could not decide on engraving, as the multi tool was a Xmas present for my son. Rang the contact number and was greeted by Courtney. He was a great help and made life easy for me. I can not thank him enough. In short, the Leatherman tool is precision built, looks good and feels good to handle. I am sure that my son will be delighted. Thank you all at Multi-tool-store for great service.”

“I was very impressed with the range on offer and also with the quick delivery (free). My Wave Plus accessory pack more than lived up to expectation, transforming the Wave into a very versatile and useful tool. My only disappointment was that the sheath with the pack does not hold the Wave and accessories - it is one or the other. A big mistake in my opinion and this needs to be made clearer in the description.”

“I bought a leather man case and but extender. Extender was poor quality and broke trapping the bit in the extender. I contacted store to get no response since. Not great customer service and wouldn’t buy from them again. Not the standard of parts which I’d expect from leatherman which makes me question whether they are genuine parts.”

Dear Chris, As authorised retailers for Leatherman, I can guarantee all products are genuine, we can refund or replace this item for you and I'm sure you won't have any other problems - I'm assuming this one is faulty as we hear so rarely of problems with the accessories. “My husband hinted that he would like a leather man knife. So I took to google search and Mulit-tool-store came up. There was a good variety to chose from so I decided on the limited edition wavy pattern on the handle and had his name engraved. It arrived within two days and well wrapped. It was easy to order and a good choice of font was offered on the engraving and you could see how it would look before confirming. Will definitely look at this website again.”
