“Amazing! I’d been waiting 3 weeks for amazon prime to deliver so cancelled the order and went to Multi Tool Store - website was easy - the engraving option was easy to negotiate too. The item was delivered three days later - all perfect! Well done for such great customer service!”

“Absolutely fabulous service. I ordered my Leatherman Surge in the evening after working hours and by 0945 the following morning I had an e-mail telling me it was dispatched. I can't ask for better efficiency than that! :):)”
