“Placed an order for a Leatherman wave on Friday morning with additional engraving. The item was posted out the same day and I received it Monday morning. Great service and the price was the best I could find too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the store again.”

“Nothing more can be expected. Well-functioning shop, stock available immediately. I chose a Gift Box containing a Leatherman Charge+ TTi + chose next day delivery which worked perfectly delivered by DHL. I recommend this shop 100%”

“This is the first time I have used the Multi-tool-store. I will have no hesitation in using them again. My order was placed and arrived with a couple of days. There was no issue with the age verification part of the order and confirmed arrived around the same time as the item ordered. The communication was really good and the product packaged well.”

“very good service after some difficulty with the quantity I had mistakenly ordered (I couldn't correct the error so left the site for 12 hrs) the tool arrived 24hrs after the order was placed”

“I bought a multi-tool nylon leatherman pouch to replace the original leather one which was very fragile at the corners of the pouch. As my leatherman was a gift from my wife I didn't want to lose it. The replacement pouch from multi-tool is a perfect fit. I have the challenge which has a separate plastic bit holder. The new pouch has a compartment within it for the screwdriver bits and is a perfect fit overall. I would recommend multi-tool and this product. Reliable and fast service. Cheers Mick”
