“These people give an exceptional service. I wanted to update my very elderly wave, Which has been brilliantly useful. Looking online, there were quite a few tools by Leatherman which I was tempted by. There is nothing quite like seeing them in the flesh, so we visited the store, and they very kindly allowed me to have a careful look at a number of them which I was interested in. I had in mind the signal and the surge. Seeing them in the flesh, I realised that the surge was considerably bigger than my old wave, which was critical as I normally have it attached to my keyring. I was left with a choice of two which I struggled with, the signal, and the wave plus. I chose the signal, only to realise within 24 hours that I had made the wrong choice. So long as the tool can be sold as new, this excellent company offers an exchange service, which they didn’t charge me for at all, Not even the post. Within a few days, the signal was Exchanged for the wave plus, And I was refunded the price difference. Really excellent service.”
