“I ordered a Leatherman Charge + TTI, and, unfortunately got sent the wrong item. I called up and they sent me the correct order next day delivery with a sticker for a free return. Accidents happen, and their customer service was excellent. The replacement order still came within the initial time frame of 3 days - very quick and efficient. Would 100% order from them again.”

“Hi, Just a shame, thanks to The Royal Mail ,received this review page,before receiving the product..... However,not had much chance to use item,as yet,but looks exceptionally well built,with all the right bits,in the right places,am getting used to it & am sure it'll always in my pocket..... Oh,& a special mention to the sales staff,who changed my colour selection without any fuss,just a shame about Royal Mail....... Many thanks Simon”
