“very good service after some difficulty with the quantity I had mistakenly ordered (I couldn't correct the error so left the site for 12 hrs) the tool arrived 24hrs after the order was placed”

“I bought a multi-tool nylon leatherman pouch to replace the original leather one which was very fragile at the corners of the pouch. As my leatherman was a gift from my wife I didn't want to lose it. The replacement pouch from multi-tool is a perfect fit. I have the challenge which has a separate plastic bit holder. The new pouch has a compartment within it for the screwdriver bits and is a perfect fit overall. I would recommend multi-tool and this product. Reliable and fast service. Cheers Mick”

“I paid for next-day delivery on a Friday night, not really expecting the item till Monday but it duly arrived Saturday!! Amazed! Nicely and safely packaged. A great multi-tool was bought to replace a lost one, it was VERY gratefully received as a birthday gift. I think its the first time my son has gasped upon opening a present (and he's 33) :) 10/10”

“I bought a Leatherman Wave + from the Multi-tool store two years ago, a very well-designed and useful tool. When the pliers sheared recently, I sent the Wave+ back for warranty repair and a new Wave + was sent to me within days. I also bought a Leatherman Surge recently as it is a larger and more robust tool. Again, very quick delivery and it is also proving very well-designed and useful for heavier workshop and forestry use. the Multi-tool store provides exemplary first-class customer service, and I am very pleased with the support that they have provided me.”
