“I bought a Leatherman tool for my daughter, there was a slight problem which was sorted and the tool was delivered very quickly. My daughter is delighted, the inscription is beautifully done. I would definitely use this company again. Brilliant service. .”

“I ordered two items from the multi-tool store. One of the items arrived after just three days, but there was no sign of the other item after 15 days. I spoke to the customer service desk and told them about the second item not arriving, and they said they would send the second item out that day. The second item duly arrived in the post the following morning. Very good service.”

“This is the 2nd time I’ve bought from Multi-tool-store and I can honestly say they are at the top of their game, both leatherman multi tools I’ve bought were engraved and for the price of the engraving it would be rude not to. Super quick delivery and a real no mess no fuss 1st class service. I can’t recommend them enough. 5⭐️”
