“I bought this as a present for my son. The customer service was first class, ordered at 1.30pm, delivered 12pm following day. One point for future reference. I had the leatherman engraved, unfortunately the pocket clip I ordered as an accessory covers up the enqraved name. Perhaps consideration should be given to engraving on the opposite handle.”

“Having just purchased a top of the range leatherman I had a significant issue with delivery (due to the carrier). I called the support number on a Saturday afternoon and what I received was an absolutely world class customer service… the experience left me without anxiety and confidence in getting a position resolution. It all worked out fine and I’m delighted with my product.”

“I purchased this for my husband who is very pleased with it. Compact and in a case that enables it to be worn on his belt yet has a so many functions at his fingertips when fishing. The only thing it doesn't do for him is to enable him to catch any fish!!”

“Excellent service, prompt despatch and next-day delivery with the product presented in first-class condition - unlike another online supplier who sent used and damaged goods and then wanted to supply replacements in a plastic bag rather than a Leatherman presentation box. Multi-tool-store also included a free sharpening stone and oil at the same price. Excellent service! If only all online shops were like this.”

“I should of bought a Leatherman multi tool years ago, and certainly don't regret my decision to buy a Leatherman Wave from the Multi-tool-store. My only regret is that I didn't research the product properly before purchase, and was disappointed to find that normal hex bits cannot be used, without purchasing an adaptor. I carry out maintenance at a Zoo Park, and beside that inbuilt tools, the draw had been what I had wrongly assumed to be, an interchangeable hex bit head. This not a complaint, just a comment for people to research a product, any product before purchase. Besides the above, the tool is fantastic, and gets used daily.”
