“Paid for next day DPD delivery over Royal Mail however still took days to come. I was willing to forgive this due to the busy period. However not all my items arrived. I ordered two items both were meant to come with sharpening stone and oil neither arrived. I therefore conclude this was just poor service.”

“I bought the Leatherman as a gift for my son, he is extremely happy to have received it as it was a replacement for one he had lost. The order was processed within a couple of hours of it being placed. I had a query as the delivery was longer than expected, I contacted Customer Services and was answered promptly, obviously due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes this was the issue. However, I was also asked to wait for another few days to see if it would arrive and was also promised that another delivery method would be used with a replacement if it did not turn up in time for Christmas. So, all in all, I received a fantastic service from Multi-Tool and would use it again.”
