“The tools too hard to close , when I send the video to customers service , they said normal, said this is brand new …. But I have your brand total 4 other model , no this problem …. I try to open and close every day hope can easy to close , The tools hurt my hand when I close, this tools is a gift for my son , until now I can’t give my son , I don’t want he hurt .,…. I think this is not normal…… I just got this reply from customer service …. Bad reply”

Hi Nicholas, The price advertised includes VAT however on your invoice this is broken down to show tax, as some businesses require this on the invoice. So the product price is still £39.95, which includes £33.29 plus VAT of £6.66. We don't add anything on, and the price you pay is the same as advertised. Best wishes, Jude Customer Service
