“Quick delivery but misspelled my name on the leatherman. I told them and the correct item came back, again in quick time. They sent a packet to return the wrong blade for spares. As you can see it is easily done with my surname! Good service and good customer relations.”

“Hi I was given a Leatherman Charge TTI for my 50th birthday and had it engraved. It also came with a lovely looking leather case to keep it in. I am a prepper nut by design and have loved using this multi tool. Its excellent quality build is outstanding ,its a lovely looking tool. Very pleased with my Leatherman and the excellent service. Thank you.”

“Bought this as a Christmas present for my bro-in-law. I got it engraved and it arrived within days which is very impressive considering the busy period! Lovely tool, and the multi-tool is lovely too lol! No seriously it was great service, a well priced tool (cheapest on the web) and the delivery was quick too - will definitely use these guys again when I eventually need a multi-tool myself!!”

“I ordered 4 Micra's a Surge & some accompanying fitments/tools, very quick delivery and great communication. There was an issue with the Surge that was replaced quickly, I lost out on the return postage which wasn't refunded but Ive had worse experiences....”
