“The item arrived very quickly and I was pleased with it. I bought it as a gift for Christmas for a friend, it was supposed to have a free gift accompanying it - namely, knife oil and a sharpening stone. Unfortunately the oil was not with it . I email back and was simply told it was out of stock, and the offer had been removed . I don’t know if I will receive some oil when you have restocked or not ?”

“I placed an order for 3 engraved multitools with nylon sheaths. I received the multitools with no sheaths. When the package for the sheaths arrived, it only came with one sheath instead of three. These were gifts for my groomsmen at my wedding, this whole process is holding me up.”
