“Firstly, I must congratulate multi tool store on the excellent service. The items arrived within 24hrs with correct engraving and looking lovely. I have kept Wave for me and love it... already proved useful. The other is a present for a friend and looks great in the gift box. Oh and I forgot, I received a free torch too”

“I purchased a Leatherman Wave as a Christmas gift for my son so cannot comment in the performance of the tool itself. However, the service provided by the company was excellent. I ordered on-line and the item was delivered as promised within a couple of days. I had my son's name etched on the handle as a security measure and the wording and font were as requested. The etching was of extremely good quality - deep and clear and not all scratchy. Adding the etching did not seem to delay the delivery of the item at all. My experience was very positive and made all the more so by seeing the delight on my son's face when he opened the gift.”
