“Ordered a multitool. Turn out the delivery service used can't even get the item delivered to my country due to COVID. Was told to wait for them to receive back the item and wait for further update. More than a month later, no updates or anything. Since this doesn't seems to be going anywhere, asked for refund but apparently the emails are ignored.”

“Purchased Leatherman Wave+ as an Xmas gift. Price was good and arrived quickly but the seal on the Leatherman box was broken. Tried ringing customer services to see why this might have happened but after waiting 15 mins on hold gave up. Tool looked fine but would be wary of buying again just because the box had already been opened.”

“Excellent service! It was so quick to dispatch that I thought there was a mistake with my delivery. I ordered and got the Super Tool engraved before I went to sleep and it was already being shipped by the time I woke up. The customer service team were fast and the product is excellent quality.”
