“Really excellent service, the tool I ordered became unexpectedly out of stock and they went out of their way to contact me and offer a free upgrade to a better tool for no extra cost! So nice of them, especially as it was the run up to Christmas.”

“The Lestherman wave+ I brought was a birthday present for my husband, he was delighted with it. Due to the current situation there was a slight delay in my ordering process. But once the order was sorted it delivered really fast, great customer service. Will definitely buy from again.”

“Great quality and brilliant service. Ordered in the evening and when I woke up the parcel was already prepared for dispatch. Really loved the added touch of the gift-note that was actually hand-written. So many are done with 'handwriting' fonts but it made my gift even more special when I couldn't see them in person during this time. Thank you!”
