“The Leatherman Wave we bought recently is a present and we had it engraved as well. The tool and leather case is everything you would expect from Leatherman and the engraving looks great. Dispatch and delivery was very fast - we had it 2 days after ordering! Excellent service!!”

“Ordered a multitool. Turn out the delivery service used can't even get the item delivered to my country due to COVID. Was told to wait for them to receive back the item and wait for further update. More than a month later, no updates or anything. Since this doesn't seems to be going anywhere, asked for refund but apparently the emails are ignored.”

“Purchased Leatherman Wave+ as an Xmas gift. Price was good and arrived quickly but the seal on the Leatherman box was broken. Tried ringing customer services to see why this might have happened but after waiting 15 mins on hold gave up. Tool looked fine but would be wary of buying again just because the box had already been opened.”
