“After a small hiccup with payment on the website the service staff were brilliant. Very friendly and helped get the tool to me promptly with a 10% discount. “Excellent service .slight problem with discount on website, very quickly corrected and my new leatherman delivered promptly. My last leatherman PST is 24 years old and as good as new. My children just thought I should have a new one as the old one has been used EVERY day . Plus it is an easy gift for Father's Day as was the old one.”

“Excellent service, I contacted Outdoor 365 about engraved multi tools and they were able to supply them extremely quickly. They were great quality and everyone who received one was delighted with them. Would definitely recommend and use again if I needed something similar.”

“The star should read 'Excellent' I bought the 'Wave Multitool' for a 21st birthday present. It was the best and most useful present he had ever had. Beautifully made and personalized with inscriptions at a very reasonable price. It is used for engineering in the 'Field' just perfect! The customer service was equally Excellent. The staff were very helpful, polite, courteous and supportive. I was made to feel a valued and appreciated customer. I would not hesitate to buy from the firm again. Many thanks to all.”

“Easy to use the site and good range of products. The delivery was quick and well packaged. The engraving looks good too. I found it unclear on the site but a customer can return an item without question within the first few days but only if the item has not been laser engraved. If engraving has been done. a customer can only return an item if it is faulty. When I asked customer services a question, it took a number of days to be answered but the answer was clear and helpful. All in all, a good experience and I will probably buy here again.”

“This was a nice easy transaction. I already knew exactly what I wanted and these guys sold it for a sensible price, with a little kit thrown in. Next day delivery and emails as things progressed. No need to contact anyone as it all worked fine. Just how I like it! I think they have a few brands covering a variety of kit so I'll keep an eye out in future and use them again without hesitation.”
