“Well I ordered multi-tool for my husband xmas present. Never got my item, noticed on their website that there was a mistake in my address ( I'm a 100% sure I didn't make it) tried to contact them multiple times ( few emails and extra paid phone number which was no answer). So I paid them 70£ for nothing, waste of time and money !!”

“I purchased a leatherman wave+ (second) had ingraving on side which had been covered) Fantastic price, fantastic item. Only one little issue, I received the item but a wave had been put in the wave plus box. I contacted customer service and I was sent a free returns sticker, and I was asked to email proof of return from post office. Which I did and my wave plus arrived a day later.. Would I use MTS again?? Yes without a doubt, great service, should item of been checked before postage?? yes I guess, but it was a busy period around Christmas so will let them off.. Otherwise would of given 5/5”

“On browsing the site I found an item which appealed and read the description. I decided to purchase the item but was concerned how close it was to. Christmas. I purchased anyway and could not be happier. The description was spot on, the service was first rate and communication kept me in the loop at every stage. On arrival I was so happy with the product and service. Even Royal Snail couldn't muck it up. Will deal with again for all my needs. Thanks.”
