“I recently ordered a Leatherman Tread which arrived with a missing part. I contacted the customer service and within 30 minutes got a reply from Sophie, informing me that she was dispatching a replacement one straight away. She was friendly and helpful and it was amazing to see that some companies still take customer service seriously. I have spoken to my colleagues and friends about it and hopefully got a few more customers for Multi-Tool Store... Thank you Sophie!!”
