“Although there was an error with the engraving on the item I bought this company deserves 5 stars for the way in which the issue was handled. From the minute I advised of the mistake the issue was handled effectively - I received an immediate apology and options. The replacement was couriered out urgently and was not dependant on returning the item I had already received. An impressive way to handle issues and ensure that customers are happy to continue to do business with the firm. Well done Multi-tool-store... other firms could learn a lot from you!”

“Superb service all round. Engraving exactly as requested. Purchased the Charge+ in black + bit kit. Never owned a multi tool apart from a Swiss army knife 20+ years ago. Decided on the charge due to a total of 19 tools & very happy with my choice. I have just ordered the black bit extender (really think for the price of the charge although excellent it should include the extender as standard) All in all the charge+ really excels & with a 25 year warranty future proof. Amazing multi tool & superb engineering. No more getting the tool box out for general d.i.y, got it all in one handy package👏👌👍”
