“The Rapter shears i orderd arrived on the date given even with post christmas mail. As a former army medic these should be in every medics kit. Well done on this amazing piece of kit.”

The staff member I spoke to organised a refund and directed me to the correct procedure for return when she discovered it was too late to cancel delivery.I was delighted with the product.
