“I ordered a Leatherman Surge Black Oxide multi-tool for my son's Christmas present which was exactly what he'd specified. The price was very reasonable and the item turned up in perfect condition and well-packaged. It arrived very promptly, thereby saving me anxiety as Christmas drew near, and I was kept fully informed throughout by email of the process, from placing the order through to actual delivery. My son was delighted by his present and particularly pleased that his initials had been engraved on the handle. Thank you so much for excellent service and product.”

“I ordered a leatherman wave for my son who was leaving to join the marines within the week. Multi tool informed me that the wave was out of stock by email and text. I rang them up and explained the situation. They offered me an alternative and the following day it was in my hands. Well done Multi tool”

“Ordered the Leatherman Wave, great price, came with leather pouch, sharpening stone and oil, I also got it engraved which was only a little bit more to price, great service, quick delivery, very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Multi-tool-store.co.uk and I will use again.”

“This is an update from my review about 3 to 4 weeks ago, e-mails still weren't answered, but a phone call to Sophie set things straight. The original order was deemed lost, and another was sent via UPS, as to UPS here in Cayman that is another story, the Supertool 300 is amazig, clearly the most well built Leatherman I've owned. The lack of a star is because of e-mail service, the product is great and the personal service is spot on.”
