“Thank you for the opportunity to write a review This being my first purchase of a leatherman I don't know what the build quality is supposed to be like As for the surge I purchased the pliers Jaws rub the inside of the handset when folded up so much so that there are wair marks on the Jaws and when folded up for storage the main body (handles) of the surge are noticeably out of like to me this doesn't seem like a particularly good quality item Especially considering the price tag.”

“First class service received which is getting harder to find nowadays. Prices are competitive with quick delivery. One of the items I ordered had a fault which was not multitool stores fault, I was able to return free of charge and quickly received a replacement with no quibble. Fantastic customer service even whilst in the middle of a pandemic. Very happy and will order again thanks.”

“Concidering the ongoing troubles the country is going through just now with Covid 19 virus, the customer service from Multi-tool store i received this last week was exceptional. I ordered a Leatherman muti-tool engraved for a gift. The item was delivered within 3 working days, i was also informed by email every step of the way. Well done.”

“The ordering was simple, the price good, the delivery fast, but the watch I purchased (leatherman) was not working when it arrived, great communication with the customer services, they sent a reterns lable straight away and it was posted this morning and I should receive a replacement ASAP. Overall a good place to shop.”
