“I bought a leather man case and but extender. Extender was poor quality and broke trapping the bit in the extender. I contacted store to get no response since. Not great customer service and wouldn’t buy from them again. Not the standard of parts which I’d expect from leatherman which makes me question whether they are genuine parts.”

Dear Chris, As authorised retailers for Leatherman, I can guarantee all products are genuine, we can refund or replace this item for you and I'm sure you won't have any other problems - I'm assuming this one is faulty as we hear so rarely of problems with the accessories. “My husband hinted that he would like a leather man knife. So I took to google search and Mulit-tool-store came up. There was a good variety to chose from so I decided on the limited edition wavy pattern on the handle and had his name engraved. It arrived within two days and well wrapped. It was easy to order and a good choice of font was offered on the engraving and you could see how it would look before confirming. Will definitely look at this website again.”

“I am delighted with this company. I placed an order at 14:00, and even with free delivery, it arrived the next day. The Leatherman Micra multi-tool is a tried and trusted friend; I had to hand mine over to customs at an airport because I forgot it was attached to my keys! I bought this replacement and am very happy to have one again.”

“Very good from start to finish ordering process. I ordered a leatherman sheath and bit set and found that had a good price and deliver window and even got a free gift with it which makes the deal even better.Will be using multi tool stores for any other bits I want . Cheers guys.”
