“Product is a leatherman, so it’s fantastic! However I had an issue with my delivery in that the Royal Mail failed to leave a card for me to collect my item, as Royal Mail won’t allow you to collect without this and I didn’t have the details to arrange a re-delivery I could not collect. I contacted MTS customer service but they seemed unwilling to offer any help, and wanted to sort it out.”

Dear William, glad to hear you finally got your tool. As you were using our free standard service the courier is Royal Mail. They should leave a card if they can't deliver, but in this case that has not happened. As long as you have ID you are able to pick up your parcel, and I can see you did this on 11th March. Apologies if the team were unable to help, however once a parcel is in process we need to wait 2 weeks for the courier to return to us.

“Item was as described and shipped on time. Loosing 1x star simply because box had been opened previously. Upon inspection the item seemed to be new and unused, though.”

“Bought as a birthday present for my farther and he absolutly loves it! Only issue is that when it was delivered the multi tool oil leaked a little and the packaging was taped up in the leatherman logo so he got a little suspicious but apart from that I'm well and truly happy and will definatly be buying from you again!”

“The items are very well and precisely described. The store I is easy to navigate and mix and match related products. When I contacted the customer service prior to the purchase, they answered all my questions and in a good timeframe. The items were packed safely. When I contacted them again due to an accidental inconsistency, they resolved the issue promptly and to my satisfaction.”

“I was sorting a leaving gift for a teacher and had a few questions over a couple of days for the team at Multi-tool. I spoke to 3 of the staff and each were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this company: it’s rare to get such excellent customer service. The blade engraving was only £3.99 and gave such a personal touch. Thanks to you all for being so helpful!”

“Having owned other leathermans ..it goes without saying quality is top notch.. In honest words, The tool choice is well selected useful and streamlined tools, good materials,and replaceable wire cutters is a very handy in the event of damage I bought black oxide.. I does mark easily..but I like the patina .. The easy install pocket clip or lanyard loop makes it ideal for sheath or pocket carry.. I will be owning this wave for a long time now..”
