“Everything arrived quickly, the engraving I asked for was done, I was kept informed with tracking notices throughout and I have no complaints, I just refuse to take part in the star rating inflation where acceptable service gets 5 stars :)”

“Excellent product backed up by first class customer service, I had not updated the address om my account and did not notice until I had completed the order. Having e-mailed in to customer services Rachel took this on and not only changed the delivery address but e-mailed me to let me know. I would happily recommend them and will definitely be using them again.”

“Bought a Leatherman multi-tool as a present and had it engraved. Cannot fault the quality in anyway and the service and delivery were spot on. Nice extras like a pouch and lenser torch in the price were the icing on an already nice Christmas cake.”
