“Whilst the website was good, and I know Leatherman products, the site wouldn't accept my order and it took about 40 minutes including calling the store (who were very helpful). What frustrated me was that I hadn't realised that the Surge didn't come with a clip/lanyard ring. It wasn't on the options. It's now cost me over £10, just for a couple of bits of bent metal. My suggestion as well as all the other options to purchase with the tool include the belt clip/lanyard holder.”

“I ordered a leather pouch for my Leatherman OHT as the original nylon pouch was badly worn. The new case was here the next day and is a super tough black leather pouch. This will last as long as I do and then some. Very impressed with the quality and the service. A pleasure to do business with.”

“Bought two sets of Leatherman raptors from this company. The transaction was seamless from navigating the website to the product delivery. Swift delivery and well packaged. The product was expertly described. This is my first transaction with The Multi-Tool Shop but im sure it wont be my last. I tried two other websites before i arrived at the Multi-Tool Shop. The first two sites i gave up on as they were too hard to navigate and then the checkout kept refusing my card. I would happily recommend this company as your go too supplier of Multi- tools and accessories. Great price ( even greater with the discounted price) and just what i was after.”

“I bought this for my son's birthday as he has mislaid or lost (probably nicked from him) two Leathermans over the years. I had his name and date etched on this time. As an EM (A&E) consultant in a OZ hospital he uses this type of kit regularly. He says he uses the Leatherman medical scissors nearly every day. He will be delighted with the new Wave + and maybe I will get one myself as the nice man at Heathrow took my Swiss Army knife when I forgot to put it in my case on the last flight to OZ. silly me. These are brilliant boys toys and every boy should have on.”
