“Used Multi-tool store a couple of times now and never had any problems. Dispatch and delivery is quick and efficient. Both the items I bought have been gifts and have been engraved and the engraving is of a high quality.”

“I was very impressed at the speedy delivery of the item I ordered unfortunately it wasn’t inside the package, I sent an email explaining this and it was dealt with almost immediately and my order was with me the next day. Accidents happen but when they are dealt with as quickly as mine was it goes to show what a reputable company they are.”

“Ordered a leather man for Xmas and it was delivered within 48 hours. Also had the knife engraved and this was done really well. Easy to deal with start to finish and are highly recommended”

“I have had a leatherman for donkeys years. I bought myself a Charge TTi a few years ago. Since I have bought my three sons the same multi tool. I’m a member of a mountain rescue team & swift water rescue technician, so the charge TTi has been through its paces. They really are second to none. Customer service is again, exceptional.”
